SERVICE OVERVIEW

This Agreement governs professional simultaneous interpretation services provided by TVData Ltd (“Interpreter”) for [Client Name] (“Client”) in connection with high-level corporate engagements requiring real-time, precision language solutions. The Client hereby retains TVData Ltd to deliver premium simultaneous interpretation (Russian↔English, Arabic↔English, and other specified language pairs) for:

  • Mission-critical business events (board meetings, international negotiations, C-level presentations)
  • Technically complex engagements (medical conferences, legal proceedings, financial summits)
  • High-visibility assignments where absolute accuracy and cultural nuance are paramount

All services shall be performed by TVData Ltd’s ISO-certified interpreters, each possessing:
✓ Minimum 7 years’ experience in simultaneous conference interpretation
– Subject-matter expertise in the Client’s industry
✓ Full compliance with AIIC/ISO 13611 standards for interpretation quality

1. SERVICES

1.1 Simultaneous Interpretation (real-time translation) in:

  • Russian ↔ English
  • Arabic ↔ English

1.2 Event Type: Corporate trainings, conferences (e.g., nutrition, finance).

2. CLIENT MATERIALS DEADLINE

2.1 Mandatory Advance Submission:

  • All slides, scripts, glossaries due 5 business days pre-event.

2.2 Late Materials Consequences:

  • ❌ <24h notice: 20% rush fee + quality disclaimer.
  • 📝 Changes during event: Interpreter may pause for adjustments.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Fee: £450/day (or quoted rate).
3.2 Schedule:

  • 50% deposit (non-refundable) ⚠️
  • 50% balance due on Day 1 of event.

6.2 By TVData Ltd: Full refund unless Force Majeure.
