The investigator of the Investigative Branch of the Zhylyoi District Department of Internal Affairs (ROVD) of the city of Kulsary, Senior Lieutenant of Justice A. R. Ikhlasov, having reviewed the materials of administrative case No. 111-3898-09, hereby
FOUND:
Citizen Aibat Timurovich Kuzembayev, born 13 August 1991 in the city of Kulsary, ethnic Kazakh, unemployed, secondary education, holder of National ID No. 910 813 302 046 issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 16 January 2023, single, previously residing at: Kulsary, Y. Altynsarin Avenue, Building 80/2; no prior convictions.
On the evening of 4 January 2022, near the city park from the side of Satpaev Avenue in the city of Atyrau, he violated the procedure for organising and holding peaceful assemblies, as provided in Article 488 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and fled the scene.
On 9 September 2023 a ruling was issued to bring Kuzembayev A. T. in as an accused in the present case. He has failed to appear when summoned by Investigator A. R. Ikhlasov. Compulsory conveyance could not be carried out because he does not reside at his registered address and is evading the bodies of preliminary investigation.
Guided by parts 1 and 2 of Article 292 of the Criminal-Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (No. 231-V of 4 July 2014), the investigator
ORDERS:
- To declare a search (wanted notice) for the accused, Aibat Timurovich Kuzembayev (date of birth: 13 August 1991), in connection with criminal case No. 111-3898-09.
- To entrust the Criminal Investigation Division of the Zhylyoi District Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Kulsary with conducting the search for, and apprehension of, Aibat Timurovich Kuzembayev.
