In addition to the formal academic background, she has completed several professional education courses in the UK. These include the CELTA (Level 5) from Language Link in 2019, a highly regarded Cambridge English Teaching Qualification for teaching English to adults. I also obtained the PTLLS teaching qualification (FHEQ Level 4) from the University of Warwick in 2008–2009, preparing me to teach in the lifelong learning sector. Earlier, I completed a Level 3 Certificate in Community Interpreting at Mary Ward College (2006–2007), further strengthening my communication and language support skills.
