Business meetings in Abu Dhabi
From AED 300/hour

What the prices include
Included: the interpreter’s time on site and preparation from the materials you send, for example a glossary built from your catalogue or agenda. The hourly and daily rates cover consecutive and whispered Russian–English interpreting. Other methods and languages are quoted separately.
Minimum booking: four hours for meetings and appointments in Abu Dhabi. Within those four hours the hourly rate ranges from 300 to 350 AED depending on the subject and the day.
Full day: up to eight hours on one date, charged as a day at 1,800 to 2,000 AED. If the day may run longer, say so when booking so the quote covers it. Several days are quoted together.
Travel: the journey from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is included in the Abu Dhabi rates above. Bookings in Dubai are priced on the Dubai pages and do not carry this travel.
Confirmation: a 50% advance payment confirms the date. Card payment and details are on the payment page.
When a quote is needed: Russian–Arabic or French, simultaneous interpreting (two interpreters and equipment), specialist technical subjects, and assignments over several days or outside Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Consecutive, simultaneous and whispered interpreting in Abu Dhabi
Consecutive interpreting
I interpret after each speaker finishes, a few sentences at a time. This suits negotiations, investor meetings, site visits and notary or government appointments, and needs no equipment. Read how consecutive interpreting works in practice.
Simultaneous interpreting

Whispered interpreting
For one or two delegates in a room where everyone else speaks English or Arabic, I sit beside you and interpret quietly while the meeting runs. Usual at board meetings, factory tours and conference sessions.
